Canceling an Order Before Dispatch

Online payments are processed through the Stripe payment gateway. Should you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact me using the form below.

Card payment refunds will incur a 4% handling charge payable by the buyer.

Dispatch & Delivery of Your Order

Orders are dispatched within 5 working days from receipt of payment.

Tracking progress service is provided on shipments that are registered.

Returns & Refunds

Should you wish to return a purchase please do so within 30 days of dispatch. To qualify for a full refund all purchases must be returned undamaged and in their original packaging.
